The grand prize winner of Consumer Cellular's annual "Grandparent of the Year" contest was Pam Payne from Ironton, Ohio -- she won an all-expense paid Caribbean cruise for four. This video, announcing Pam's winning, was shown at the annual AARP Orlando@50+ convention on October 2nd, 2010.
